Registration
The registration fee for the events are as follows:

Author registration: at least one author for each paper has to register at non-student rate. Deadline for registration and payment for authors to ensure publication of an accepted paper is May 19th, 2013.
* Copy of membership/student certification required with the registration!
The registration fee for the three days of the technical program (June 19th - 21th) includes one electronic copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, reception and banquet.
The registration fee for the Industrial Workshop (June 18th) includes coffee breaks and lunch.
Extra banquet tickets for guests may be purchased at a cost of 70 EUR per ticket during the registration process.
Extra lunch tickets can be purchased after the registration process at a cost of 40 EUR per ticket.

On-line registration
On-line Registration is now closed, you can register on-site.
Visa Application
Some participants may need a visa to come to SIES 2013 in Porto, Portugal. To apply for visa you may need a letter of invitation from SIES organizers.
Please, read the following instructions if you need a letter of invitation:
If you are an author of an accepted conference/workshop paper:
- send a request to Inês Almeida (infaa@isep.ipp.pt)
- include your name, title of accepted paper, e-mail address, postal address, and affiliation when submitting your request
If you are a conference/workshop attendee (non-author):
- send a request to Inês Almeida (infaa@isep.ipp.pt)
- include SIES registration receipt when submitting your request
- include your name, e-mail address, postal address, and affiliation when submitting your request
