Implementation of the ZigBee Network Layer: Reference Guide (in nesC/TinyOS)

This technical describes the implementation details of the ZigBee Network Layer on top of the IEEE 802.15.4 for nesC/TinyOS. The ZigBee implemented features concerns the address assignments, the cluster-tree topology support, the cluster-tree routing and the necessary management functionalities. This implementation uses the Open-ZB implementation (www.open-zb.net) of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard protocol. This technical report describes the implemented mechanisms and gives an intuition how to effectively use this implementation with a ZigBee Cluster-tree network topology.
