Not sure who i am talking to but let's see if we get a reply...
We are a manufacturer of lighting fixtures ao for industrial and street lighting applications. The inductry needs a robust platfom that allows the users to analyze up and down time of the fixtures, energy usage, dimming and change colors. Imagine streetlights with dynamic lighting options, presence contrl.ols, also in buildings and on sites.
I am looking for a low cost solution for a robust steering network to build into our lighting systems. Recently I have been in contact with a company who promise to build me such a network and I want to learn more.
The basic system I was explained was a possibility to use a 2.4GHz node network with universal timing mode that sends commands to the individual nodes and give a command to the lighting fixture to dim, flash or whatever.
Naturally, the intelligence is in the software, or I gueass, and I am looking for a solution to:
- build the nodes into the lighting systems. What are the limitations?
- Communicate and send commands to the nodes using dedicated software
Can anyone help at this?
