Filipe de Faria Pacheco was born in 1971 and has a degree (1994), MSc (1997) and PhD (2009) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Porto. Since 1996 he is a teaching assistant at the Department of Computer Engineering, - School of Engineering of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. He was researcher at the Systems and Robotics Institute, Industrial Automation Group (University of Porto), from 1994 to 1996, in the area of User Interfaces. He is currently working in Multimedia and Real-Time networks projects.
